After attempting to conceive, and given that pregnancy symptoms such as nausea or missed periods may appear with delay, this test can be used to confirm pregnancy. Rose pregnancy tests are effective about 14 days after attempting conception and can detect pregnancy through urine. The test sensitivity is 25 mIU/ml, and it can indicate pregnancy after the embryo implants in the uterus and begins secreting a hormone called hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin).
